Description

Atap is a transport company founded in 1976, in the midst of the “earthquake emergency” and today a player in the sector that caters to citizens, workers and tourists, offering a comfortable and safe service at any time of the year.

In a historical period of growing attention towards sustainable mobility and innovation in public transport, Atap has chosen to further communicate its values and commitment through a brand redefinition project, aimed at improving its communication and making it more inclusive and direct, appealing to new generations of travellers.

Among the main projects: the development of an intuitive and responsive digital platform, designed to facilitate access to information and improve the user experience, the complete restyling of the Facebook and Instagram profiles, with the remaking of the editorial line, the adjustment of the tone of voice and the integration of a community management service, to respond in real time to passenger requests.

This was combined with the graphic design of the Sustainability Report, dedicated to different categories of stakeholders, as well as dynamic content for TV and social media, to convey the message that Atap is not just a company that provides transport services, but a reality capable of connecting people and places, territories and generations, choosing responsible mobility as the preferred means.
