Borgo Viola 8 is the headquarters of Emporio ADV, an urban redevelopment project that with its “light” grandeur, made of large open spaces interspersed with transparent windows, restores luster and value to the architecture of the historic center.
A headquarters where people are literally given space, within a sustainable work environment for man and the environment, where home automation, energy efficiency and well-being are put at the service of daily work and mutual collaboration.
Inspired by the names of large architectural complexes that originate as urban redevelopment projects, Borgo Viola 8 takes its name from one of the streets it shares a corner with, positioning itself as an inclusive headquarters dedicated to Emporio ADV collaborators.
Its spaces can easily transform into a location for exclusive events, a television and film set, a welcoming environment for exceptional guests, broadening the agency’s vision.
Borgo Viola 8 was born where there once stood a large bookstore with a warehouse, abandoned and forgotten for over ten years.
The restoration of the internal and external spaces, together with the complete redevelopment project of the real estate assets, was desired, conceived and followed by Enrico Accettola, founder of Emporio ADV in partnership with the designer Nevio Capuzzo.
The restoration and expansion work involved a complete renovation of the structure, with the complete remaking of the systems and external sidewalks.
Furthermore, to make every space of Borgo Viola 8 habitable and efficient, the reconstruction project included a fine-tuning of the basement, as an extension of the ground floor, to obtain over 750 m2 of work spaces.
An in-house renovation carried out in record time.
Thus, in just 108 working days, Borgo Viola 8 “opened its doors” as an ultra-contemporary and versatile hub, open to various business opportunities.
A total project, which transformed abandoned spaces into a technologically advanced workplace built around people.
From the outside, the glass and transparent hub of Borgo Viola 8 allows a glimpse of the materials and colors inspired by Nordic design alternating with refined plays of transparency and the creation of a plant system with chlorophyll photosynthesis.
But inside, the headquarters also stands out for its latest-generation home automation system, the careful study of ergonomics and lighting technology and the energy efficiency project.
